Nottingham City and Derby City Council Highways Framework
Thomas Bow City Asphalt has retained its partnership agreement with Nottingham City and Derby City Councils in the provision of highway services. The contract which is due to last for four years has a forecast spend value in excess of £55 million, with lots including, resource support, minor works, safety fencing, multi-discipline civil engineering schemes, carriageway and footpath surfacing.
Working together on the previous two frameworks the collaborative relationships formed have delivered significant projects across the region including the remodelling of the Nottingham Ring Road, alongside nearly 250 schemes.
Speaking on the contract award Managing Director Alistair Bow commented, “maintaining this partnership with Nottingham City Council and Derby City Council is particularly important to us. We’ve held a presence in Nottingham since 1867 and have played a vital role in the development of much of the infrastructure we all travel on daily.”
