Highways Minor Works Framework

Thomas Bow City Asphalt have had a major presence in West Yorkshire for the past four years as the incumbent contractor for Kirklees Council, so when they announced the agreement was to be re-launched of course we were keen to retain our presence.

We’ve constructed some great schemes for the council over the last three years a number of which have received significant praise from the public and local councillors, for the quality of our workmanship and our ability to provide effective communication as a direct result of our proven liaison procedures… all in all, I’m over the moon with today’s news.”

The new agreement commences on 1st May 2011 and will continue until 30th April 2013, provisions have been made for two annual extensions, which could see us continuing our work within the area until at least 2015.
