Thomas Bow City Asphalt has completed another successful project as Nottingham City Homes develop their new housing stock.

As part of an ongoing four-year deal with Nottingham City Homes (NCH), Thomas Bow City Asphalt has recently completed another new housing development following the success of the first properties built and owned by NCH at Eddlestone Drive in Clifton.

The project alongside the railway line in Colwick has transformed an old area of garages to the neighbouring flats into eight modern properties.

Mick Matthews, Thomas Bow City Asphalt Site manager, explained: “I’m really pleased with this development on this challenging site boarding the railway line, we’ve been able to create eight beautiful homes which I hope the new occupiers will treasure.”
