Lincolnshire County Council Highway Works Framework 2012-2016

Thomas Bow City Asphalt has impressed again; they have become one of the major resurfacing contractors for Lincolnshire County Council’s Highway Works Framework – a four-year contract with an approximate value of £60million.

The Framework is part of a comprehensive and established Highways Maintenance Plan designed to deliver the best value and quality. This design met our high standards when we received a perfect 100% in the quality testing from Lincolnshire County Council for a recent project on Gedney Marsh.

The new agreement runs from 2012 until 2016 and Thomas Bow City Asphalt is one of ten contractors on the select list. The framework is open to extension.
